Heart-healthy support resources
Move more. Stress less. Live heart-healthy.
Aetna International has created this resource to help people move more, stress less and live heart-healthy — year-round.
The World Heart Federation says that cardiovascular disease (CVD) accounts for almost 31% of all global deaths, claiming nearly 18 million lives each year. There are so many contributing factors for you to be aware of — from diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, to stress and smoking. And we know that, today, you may not only be concerned about COVID-19, but you may also be reluctant to seek health care for your heart disease symptoms. So, this resource hub contains vital information and resources to help you learn more about heart-healthy behaviours, recognise the symptoms of heart disease, manage an existing condition and ultimately help you protect your heart.
Don’t forget, members can log in to the Health Hub to access many useful tools, take advantage of member offers and to find the support they need to prevent and manage heart-related conditions.
