- In some instances, we can automatically approve the request and provide you with a GOP in real-time. If the request requires review, the tool will automatically route the information to our pre-authorization team.
- Our team will reach a decision and you can view the details right in the portal
It is important to note that this process does not apply to pharmacy approvals. In the Middle East, this tool will also not apply to out-patient maternity and dental approvals.
